The experience of this program allows a person to essentially get a taste of the future years to come. I believe motivation skyrockets as one begins associating themselves with college level peers and other high school students who are also putting their foot in the door of their future. Placing oneself in the setting of a college student is one great advantage of this program. The surroundings allow you to become hands on and selective to the courses in which you are attempting to pursue. My time spent in the medical labs at Northeast Community College have provided a more realistic learning experience than anything I had seen in a classroom before. Although taking this course does cause you to be gone for every Friday of the school year, I believe it is well worth it and I look forward to my next semester in the medication aide field program EPS seniors can still register for Fridays Northeast courses that begin Spring 2.
